We specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and post-operative massage therapy, providing intentional care to support recovery, reduce swelling, and restore balance. Every service is customized to your body’s needs and stage of healing. Our spa also offers non-invasive body sculpting services, including wood therapy, laser lipo, cavitation, and skin tightening, along with luxury spa treatments that nurture the body, calm the mind, and elevate your self-care experience. CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL SPA POLICIES & CLIENT AGREEMENT E.Rose Health Wellness & Holistic Therapy At E.Rose Health Wellness & Holistic Therapy, every appointment is intentionally reserved and prepared in advance. These policies exist to protect our licensed professionals, business operations, and the integrity of the services we provide, while ensuring a respectful and elevated spa experience for all clients. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING All appointments must be booked in advance. Full payment or a deposit may be required at booking. Appointments are confirmed via text message. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Membership appointments follow the same policies. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or no-show charges. PAYMENTS & FINAL SALE Accepted payments include debit/credit cards, cash, HSA/FSA (where applicable), and Afterpay, Affirm, or Klarna. All services and products are FINAL SALE. No refunds on services, deposits, packages, memberships, or gift cards. Prepaid packages must be used within 60 days unless otherwise stated. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLOSURE Clients must complete a health intake form and fully disclose all medical conditions, surgeries, medications, and pregnancy. Services may be refused, modified, or discontinued for safety reasons. POST-OPERATIVE CARE DISCLAIMER Post-operative services are non-invasive wellness treatments. We do not reopen incisions or alter surgical sites. A licensed nurse may be available for wound care, drain removal, or seroma management for an additional fee. These services are not medical treatment or a substitute for physician care. SERVICE REFUSAL Services may be refused due to safety concerns, undisclosed medical conditions, contagious illness, policy violations, or inappropriate or disruptive behavior. CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% fee; same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee. Fees are charged to the card on file or must be paid same day via Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. A 5-minute grace period applies; arrivals over 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged. SICKNESS POLICY Services are not provided to clients with infectious or contagious illness. Clients must be symptom-free for 14 days before rescheduling. Standard cancellation policies apply. ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes early or more than 10 minutes before your appointment. If your therapist is delayed, you will receive a text when we are ready. ACCESSIBILITY Our spa is handicap accessible and equipped with a lift. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS All services and fees are binding and non-disputable. Chargebacks filed in violation of these policies may result in permanent refusal of services. CLIENT AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all spa policies.
